Hi,
I would like to hear from someone whom E-CAS status changed from "Application Received" to " IN PROCESS"
I applied in May 2008 and am on 38 O list. Recently my E-CAS status changed from "Application Received" to " IN PROCESS" after approx one year, What is this ?
I applied for PR under FSW and my application was received at the Delhi office on March 19, 2008. My application was then transferred to Sydney, Nova Scotia - C-50 office on March 2, 2009. During this time, I submitted my IELTS score (proactively) and an AEO to NS office. I did not get a call to submit my complete documentation or any update on my eligibility review status.
On 19 Jan 2010 this year, my FSW application was transferred back to the New Delhi office. The status on e-case was updated to "In Process - Your application has been transferred to the New Delhi office.” In a response to my last enquiry sent on 26 Jan 2010, I was informed that my file was indeed received at New Delhi and would be reviewed within a week of receipt by an officer. I was asked to await further instructions from the New Delhi office. It has been a month now since my file was transferred. However, I haven't received any instructions towards submitting my complete application (documentation).
There is another person with a similar case - you can read more on trackkit.

He applied in Nov 2008 for FSW under SAP . file was transferred to Nova Scotia on 12 March 2009 and the e-Cas was "Application received", since then it was same, but recently on 12 Feb 2010 eCas Changed to "In Process" and it was written that Nova Scotia has returned the file to New Delhi on 18 Jan 2010 and New Delhi office may contact you.
On 17th Feb 2010, he received e-mail from CHC new Delhi, they told him to send the completed application, along with other documents, English test, Proof of Funds, Police certificates.
I hope there is something that will happen to our applications also soon. I had applied in March 2008. 2 years now under 'fast track'!
