Do you hold Australian Passport? As a requirement, you will need to show your VO you have legal right to be in the country you are applying from. Thus, if you a resident of another country and only live/work/school in Australia, you would need to show proof (visa) of this. This request is nothing out of the ordinary. Mandie

But i m confused that y they have asked me all visa copies since i have here in Australia and also one more question do they enquire spouse work experience?

01. they refused us saying i am not a dentist - 3131!!
02. they gave me back the bank draft
03. after appealing saying; "yes honey" i am not a dentist - 3131 'cause I AM A PHARMACIST - 3131;
04. they said "ok, we're reconsidering but I need the fee!! so send it back to me!!"
05. then I send it back again.
06. W - A - I - T - I - N - G - .. I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG!! :'(
there are quite a few but that was because they lost their PER email...by the way ECAS is not 100 percent reliable....i read on this forum that CIC mailed them themself that some times it shows errenous status.
Yes U r true..they are slow but in your case not..
U have applied on FEB-11 as per your time line..
So wait for 5-6 months i.e. july/aug for In Process sir..
