I have paid the fees of first semester in humber college, Toronto but I want to change my college from humber to University for master program.
My first semester starts on 1st September with paid fee of first semester and my visa is in process so, is it possible to go for university after getting the Visa instead of going to college?
Will it effect on my Visa when i reach to Canadian airport?
