how would you know they were "supposed" to send it? Invite to appear was sent 3 weeks ago for us.

Nobody is asking for details - We just need a bit more clarity - instead of "as quick as possible" I would rather love to hear "we hope to come to an agreement within the next 48hrs or the next 3 business days."
