You will need a visa permitting at least one year's residency in India (X, I presume).
That's one of the things bothering me about your questions/situation. Suppose you only get a 6 month visa for India to start with? you & your future spouse have a two-fold problem:
for you to get an X visa for India, he's going to have to be with you IN India, at least for the time it takes to run around sorting out that process. And you might only get 6 months (extendable to eventually 5 years) to start with. In which case he'd probably need to be in India to help process the extension....
For him to sponsor you to come to Canada, he needs to be here in Canada for the entire processing time (minus short holidays). ....
Do you see the potential problems I'm seeing??
It seems to me that processing times for Armenia are shorter than those for India?
Thanks Lamma, I think he should be able to make a trip to India to help with the extension. But what worries me now, If I can't choose which immigration office will process my application, then they might choose Moscow by default as per my nationality. I would greatly appreciate your advice.

Moscow no longer processes PR apps. As an Armenian, your app would go to Warsaw.
Given that you have no real ties or history in India, there is good chance that CIC will send the app to Warsaw anyways, so you should be prepared for that.
