Possibility of MS in Canada after 15 years of education

I currently have an experience of 4.5 years and deputed abroad for 1.5 years. I am working in an IT industry as Network engineer

10th year 2003 - 83%
12th year 2005 - 84%
Bsc IT year 2008 - 75%

IELTS - Will give once I return

CCNA year 2011 and pursuing CCNP certification


Once I return to India I would like to apply for MS in Canada . But I came to know that for MS you need to have 16 years of education and since completing Bsc gives you 15 years of education , will I be able to apply for any MS courses in Canada.

So my query is :

1)Is there any Universities that accept 15 years of educ for MS ?
2)If not any Universities that gives you a Pre master program before applying MS
3)Visa chances for Pre-masters and then Masters
4)Can I apply for PG Diploma for a year and then masters upon completion of PG Diploma
5)GRE mandatory ?
