Portal 2 email delayed

I have received P1 1 week ago and send to all VO's email about P2 today.
I just wonder how long to wait P2 after sending to all VOs.

How much time last from you sent to all VOs?

I did, they said everything is delayed due to processing a high volume of applications

At least you can be calm because all is good with your application.
The only reason is a high volume of applications.

So try to relax and go to gym, read books and drink wine. This only what you can do to switch your brains from exhausting waiting.

Congrats! I am 62 days today and still waiting…

September 18th 2023, And just Feb 1st 2024 i noticed the COPR document number appeared in the tracker, but no email received related to the portal.

VO Montreal
Reached out to IRCC agents and they advised to patiently wait. Seems like this is normal and 60 days is what some people waited.
