Hello! I shall be travelling to St. John's but my port of entry is Montreal. So, I understand that my study permit will be issued in Montreal as it is my port of entry. I would like to know- is there any issue with me landing in Montreal as it is in Quebec and also as I shall not be enrolled in any institution in Quebec? In other words, are there any rules which prevent a TRV holder intending to study in any other province from landing in Quebec?
