Hi,

For those who got approved with a work permit coming from other countries (specifically Philippines). Is the port of entry only at Vancouver Airport or is it possible to go directly to other International Airports (like From Manila straight to Toronto)?

Your FIRST port of entry into Canada includes all airports where you arriving in Canada from another country. So YES to Toronto.

Hi hope you could enlighten me query:;

My destination is regina saskatchewan but stop over is tokyo and minneapolis USA, do i need a transit visa to UuS and is regina also issued a work permit? Coz i was told that its only vancouver and toronto only issued it.

1. You need a US transit visa.
2. All international airports in Canada issue work permits.
