Hi,

Is it possible that I can apply for open work permit at port of entry at REGINA,SASKATCHEWAN, airport?

Do they allow to apply at airport?

I do not need visa to enter Canada from USA.

Are you flying into the airport from an International airport? If so, then yes you can.

If you are already in Canada, then no - you cannot apply at an airport. You must go to a land border.
