I have applied for the study permit and my university is in British Columbia, Vancouver. My sister is in Toronto. If I get the visa, then Can I land in Toronto first to meet my sister or I must have to land in Vancouver?

1. You can arrive at any international airport, (If montreal you should show onward transport if you dont have a CAQ)

OK. I have got a LOA from Vancouver island university. It is located in Nanaimo , BC. I want to stay with my sister in Toronto for a week and then go to nanaimo , BC to attend my Program of studies so Can I do so?
Did you mean that I can land at Toronto airport ?

You have no choice you need to complete immigration and customs in Vancouver. Advisable to have a couple of hours between flights but guess you could be lucky
