Port of entry...Can I enter into Montreal first? Then go to Kingston?

I got the study permit and my university is in Kingston, Ontario. My Brother lives in Montreal. Can I land in Montreal first to meet my brother or I must have to land in Kingston?

Yes, you can very well go to Montreal and meet your brother and then go to Kingston.

No issue, u can enter at any point of Canada u want..
