Poor quality fingerprint

I did my fingerprints and they turned out to be poor quality. The officer there had put in a note though mentioning about my skin condition. Would this cause any delays in the application or any other negative side impact. Please let me know. Thanks

I'm in the same situation. I submitted my biometrics in October, and since then, I haven't received any updates. I contacted IRCC, and they just confirmed that they received it and that it will be processed. Did you get any update?
