First all, let me apologize for hijacking this thread to discuss the same issue that we are facing for my parents’ TRV. My mother’s biometrics are not updated and the file is in New Delhi VO.
VFS agent told that the biometrics quality was not good. My mother is a homemaker and works a lot and her prints on the palm are not visible.
@Shagupta , did they get the visa?
Any advise for me facing the same situation?
