POLICE CLEARANCE FROM HK

Hi there! Can anyone advise me what to do in my case please? I am applying for permanent residency through my husband. I tried to secure my police clearance from HK because I worked there before, but then they mailed my police clearance directly in Vegreville. I was advised to send my application in Missisauga since it is faster there. My application forms are still here because I was waiting for that police clearance from HK. What should I do? Should I still submit my application in Missisauga and note that my police clearance from HK is in Vegreville Immigration Office or I should just submit it in Vegreville? I am planning to do an outland application since Leon said it is faster than inland.
