Hello,

I am utterly confused. I recieved my ITA in late october and since then I have been going around for PCC as I have loved at multiple addresses since the age of 18. Two of the district police offices have issued me a PCC without my photograph on it. I just realised this but cannot do anything about it.
Regarding the PSK I went there today too and they denied me a PCC as I had just moved to my current address bedore my ITA and I have no address proof for it. I don't know if my PCC without the photos will be valid. Please help.
