I will be applying for my Canada Student Visa by next month. I am currently working in QATAR and it has been 3 years now. I wanted to know whether the POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE is necessary to obtain from
QATAR also or do i need to get it from INDIA only.

dude you need PCC from both countries... basically any country you have/had a resident permit from.
