I have one question: If I apply in FSW category in July 2012, do I need to send the Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) from all the countries where I have lived for more than 6 months with my application?
Is there any option that I can send the PCC later? Actually all my documents are ready except PCC and next year my IELTS will also be expired.
to send them in the beginning is not a must, but highly recommended to avoid delays ! If you don't, they will definitely ask for it, for all countries you've stayed for longer than 6months. As for the Canadian PCC/fingerprint its not sure whether they ask or not, I sent it anyway to avoid them asking me and lose 1 or 2 months...
You are not required to send PCC for Canada in most cases as per the details mentioned on the website.

as much as i know the PCC are not supposed to be older than 3 months the moment you file your application.
in general, i didn't know that the IELTS is only valid for 1 year... i don't see the point. Its not that your that IELTS will get worse/bad or you will lose everything you learned 1 year later.it can normally get only better with your language...the meds ok, health,...the pcc's ok, too....things can "happen" within a year....but IELTS?
can somebody explain me this one, please?
