Confuse how to get police clearance certificate for USA from India.
Actually i was in USA for couple of years with my wife and we have applied under FSW basis of my wife. Our file got refuse because my wife couldnt get desire score in IELTS and we were sort of 1 point.
Now we are in India from last 18 months and i would like to apply under FSW. But the problem is how do i get USA police clearance certificate from India?
For US,u will have to get the FBI clearance letter.check below thread for some ideas.send a PM to arcticmaple to know the exact procedure in India.
