I have received an expression of interest. I have a question? I need to get a police clearance certificate from India. I am in Canada on a study visa and i have not gone back to India during my studies so i see on various forums that i can get a police clearance certificate from the Consulate General of India in Toronto on emergency basis but i am not staying in toronto but i stay in a town close to ottawa called Cornwall. Can i get the PCC on emergency basis from the High Commission of INdia located in Ottawa or the option is only available at the Consulate General of India.
