Police Clearance Certificate from Mexico and United Kingdom

Hi All,

I am an Indian Citizen.I have two questions regarding obtaining from Mexico and United Kingdom

I lived in London, U.K for 3 months 10 days in 2009-2010.
Then after an year I went to London, U.K for3 months 23 days in 2010-2011.

So, in total I lived in london, U.K for more than 6 month in total. But there was a gap of around 11 months in two trips.

Do I need to take police clearance Certificate from U.K ?

"You must apply to the Mexican authorities, Procuraduría General de la República (PGR). Further instructions and an official letter of request for a police certificate will be sent to you after your Application for Permanent Residence has been reviewed."


But would like to know anyone's Process/personal experience of getting PCC-Mexico. I do not speak spanish and currently, from last 1 year I am living in Mexico.

Any help from your end will be welcomed.

This is what CIC states about PCC's 'the PCs are required upfront and mandatory for each country (except Canada) where an individual has lived for six or more months in a row . Therefore as you've only lived in the UK for 3 months in a row you do not need a UK PCC.

I am living and working in Guadalajara,Jalisco,Mexico on FM3 from last 1 year 4 months with my wife.I have submitted my express entry application and got letter in spanish from Canadian Embassy in Mexico City to obtain Police Certificate in Mexico.

1) Do you guys know any agent who help us in getting Police Certificate for Mexico. So, we don't have to travel to Mexico City (as my wife is pregnant and I don't want her to travel for same to Mexico City) ?

2) Where in Guadalajara,Mexico I can get my finger scanning done ?

Moreover, we don't know Spanish. So, would like to get it done via an agent where we don't have to travel to Mexico City

Hi,

You don't need to go to Mexico city. You can get the Carta de Antecedentes Registrales in Guadalajara. Click Jalisco on the PGR's link and you'll get a google map location. That's where you can get the police certificate.
