Has anybody applied for a Police Clearance Certificate (Criminal Record) from their home country while residing in Canada to re-new their working holiday visa or to apply for CIC? The reason why I asked is because I heard that it is possible not to leave Canada to apply for a WHV while on contrary in my country (Australia) you must (supposedly) apply for a Police Clearance Certificate IN PERSON IN AUSTRALIA.
