2. Digital prints 72 hours.

It means RCMP Check with Fingerprints which is either Ink Roll Prints or Digital Prints done by the Commisionaires.

No, have the digital prints done if you are in Canada.

From my experience, for my police clearnce here in Canada I just submitted a police certificate without fingerprints done in an RCMP office. And CIC accepted it, so I guess it's ok. But I believe it's better to submit a Police Clearance through fingerprints. Try www.commisionaires.ca
