Police Certificates

I'm being sponsored by my wife who is a Canadian Citizen. I grew up in different places but, since I turned 18, have only lived in the UK and Canada for longer than 6 months (about a year and a half in Canada followed by several years in the UK).

Do I get a police certificate from every country I've stayed in my whole life or simply the ones since I turned 18?
In any case, do I also provide a police certificate from Canada?

You need police certificates for Canada and the UK. Generally, IRCC do not ask for police certificates for other countries you have lived in for less than 6 months, although in theory they could. For now, just provide the UK and Canada ones. It's highly unlikely they'll ask for more.
