I wanted to keep it ready police certificate . Can we take finger prints from private organizations in USA and mail it to FBI . or we can downloand finger prints card from FBI site and get finger prints from local police and send it to FBI to get the police certificate
 
Yes, you can. But it's better to get your fingerprint taken from your local police station as they will know exactly how to take it. They will also already have a fingerprint form, so you don'e have to take it with you.
