he guys i wanna get a police certificate and i knew that i can get it from any local police station .. since i live in egypt in alexandria .. i can get it only in arabic .. so about translation where can i do that ?
and my father will send it from kuwait .. do i have to obtain any kind of signs or stamps on it ?

Both from Egypt and and Kuwait will be in Arabic.
You have to get translation to English for both from a licensed translator who will make it on their letter head and with office seal.
