I have a question regarding police clearance certificate as part of necessary documents for CEC. I have police clearance from my home country which is 18 months old. I entered Canada about 2 months after the date of that PCC and I have not exited Canada ever since.
As obtaining a new PCC takes several months for me, can I send the available old PCC with an explanation that my PCC is still relevant and valid since I have not lived in my home country after the date of that police clearance (my passport enter/exit stamps shows this)?

it really doesn't matter whether or not you exited the country, you are supposed the provide PCC which is dated within 3 months of your application date
