Police certificate pending

Pls guide and advice:

I'm applying from Islamabad in fast track, as I have completed all of my documents including educational, work, police certificate (Pakistan) of myself and my wife. As my wife is Iranian national she also requires police clearance from Iran as well, we have applied for the same but it requires some time to issue, now my time of 120 days for submission of documents is expiring, what should i do, submit the documents without the iranian certificate, and when i received submit the same. I've email to canadian immigration site but no reply received.

Do you have anything in writing from Iranian authorities to confirm that they have received your application for PCC and/or how long it takes them to issue one. If yes, then I suppose you can include it within your paperwork and send it off. Then as you you receive your wife's PCC it can follow as a 2nd post. I know CIC advises not to send paperwork until its complete but if you miss the deadline of 120 days then you will lose the whole game even before its started.

Need police clearance ASAP

Hi

I applied for my wife 2 years ago for spousal sponsorship in canada and applied for a police clearance from interests section of iran in washington in July with no response. CIC said that we only have another month to submit the documents.

Is there anything else that we can do?

Please help
