police certificate in CR

hi, I was just wondering, my wife told me that she got her police certificate... but she said it expires in 3 months??? is that enough time for me to send all our forms and everything? that document is now 2 weeks old. So please give me some advise or if she should get her police certificate done again?

The PCC can't be older than 3 months when it is submitted. I assume that your sponsorship and the application are going to be sent to Mississauga within that 3 month window.

has there been cases that u heard of or read on the forum where the CIC overlooks it if its only expired 2 weeks

i got mines done

received: 11/12/2009
returned: 1/27/2010
date on top of letter: 02/01/2010

i mailed my app may 19 2010... i am getting a new one just incase but i know it will delay my whole process....
