Police certificate - Impossible to obtain from Afghanistan

I applied for a police certificate through Afghanistan Embassy in Ottawa since 13 months ago and up till now I didn't get my PCC? . really frustrating for such a very long time. I sent a lot of emails and paid a lot of calls inquiring, the replies were only verbal through the phone conversation with many and different excuses like the unstable situation in Kabul, or we will try to send a reminder again '' please call us back after one month,....... .

Very frustrating? I don't know what to do now? hopeless :-(

Sorry to hear that I understand your frustrations. It took me more than two months to get my police certificate. May I ask who needs the police certificate? If you serve in the military you don't need one unless you worked there. I called them every other day until they ran out of excuses and lies.

Anyone familiar with the process of acquiring a PCC from Bagram Airfield. Flew directly in/out of the base. NO Afghanistan visa no entry/exit stamps on my passport. Please help!
