Police certificate clarification

hey Guys

I need the following clarification regarding PCC

Between the years 18- 25 I resided in Pakistan on one address
then i moved to England for further education ,
I lived in England from 2010 to 2016 , I visited Pakistan once during this time
October 2016 i returned to Pakistan full time after my studies and still reside at the same address uptill now

Now my question is do i need a PCC from England and Pakistan both , I am bit confused here.
