Hi, hope someone here can help me.

I uploaded my PR application April 15th, and sent my police certificate to Canada embassy in Mexico via UPS same day and I uploaded the receipt that I sent it because it says that the embassy will uploaded to the system but I just receive a letter from IRCC asking for my police certificate. Call IRCC and told me that they haven't upload my PC to the system yet.

So I don't know if I need to do the thing all over again or if I need to figure out if its in process and upload any document through a web form.

I'm a little lost here because I'm doing everything by myself.
