Points not given for Work Experience

Hi Everyone,

I recently submitted by profile for Express Entry but didn't receive any points for my work experience. I have over one and a half year of work experience in Canada in qualified NOCs. I was wondering if anyone else faced a similar problem?

This section contains policy, procedures and guidance used by CIC staff. It is posted on the CIC website as a courtesy to stakeholders.

"Work experience need not be continuous under the CEC"

This is clearly stated on the website. I have more than one year of work experience in NOC 0 and 5 Months in NOC B.

CEC eligibility does not require continuous work experiences, but CRS point system does.

Sorry can't make the exact quote right now, but from the Gazette, it does says continuous 1 year Canadian experiences is required for 40 points.

If you work one year continuous, you can get 40poont (35 point married person).
