points for foreign work experience not given

I have updated my EE profile by adding one year and a half of work experience as civil engineer outside Canada but I have been given zero points under CRS - Skill Transferability - Foreign Work Experience. I have CLB 9 or more on all four IELTS skills. Can anybody advise why this is happening?

2131. It was 4012 before but after inserting my foreign work experience I changed it to 2131.

It did not before but I updated it so it does now. Do you think maybe I should create a new profile?

Yes NOC 4012. Since it was in Canada, 0 points for that as well but that does not come as a surprise.
At first this was my primary NOC code so this might have messed up things.
