Just wanted to know 1 more thing that do we pay fees only after we have been invited to apply under Express entry or how does fees submission process works.. Can you please advise on that too.

When I applied 7 years back my only consultant was this forum and I did everything by myself but now things have changed so much and hard to recall anything..
But you guys are so great..

Correct, you only have to pay the fees after receiving an invitation to apply. There is no fee for creating a profile.

I wouldn't be surprised if his consultant charges him to create a profile though.
