Point of entry for immigrant layover rules

My mom, bro and sis are immigrating in Winnipeg, MB as family class sponsorship through my dad's LC2. Their chosen point of entry is in vancouver. Can they stay there for over a day or two before going to Winnipeg? My tita in Vancouver wants them to stay for a day or two so she could tour them around there. Would there be any problem in immigration?

Just make sure u have a onwards ticket to Winnipeg if in case they question u.
