that's weird.. In my case last update was on 19/07/2016, but scrolling down I was able to see same date under online registration, something like that. At least I got an idea that the update was about registering in MyCIC.
Would be nice to know why they opened your file in Oct, as its just recently!

Partner: USA
Status: NRT (no known criminal history).
USA and Canada have agreement of sharing information, that is as per that.
As for the schedule 4, mine has status "not started".
I have 1 outgoing conversation canceled, which is "Acknowledgement of receipt".

Im studying my gcms notes and it comes to my attention that under incoming correspondence that our Schedule 4 was received and updated on 2016/10/3.. what happened to our schedule 4 why they only received it this month.

It does look suspicious (hopefully in a good way, as you have latest update on your file.)
Can't advise much on this, unfortunately, as mine was updated next day after i received AOR and nothing since then.

My application has been in the BG and Eligibility review since May-16.
I emailed Abu Dhabi Visa office last month for progress but they said they did not receive updated Schedule A form from me which they requested in the month of May, despite the fact that I uploaded the form in my CIC account in the same month.
I sent them again same form as an attachment but since then no reply from them.
What should I do now? I think no option other than waiting seems possible rite now.
Yes before when we submitted our application in Manitoba, but then we we're informed by the officer that the license of our paid representative was not renewed so we decided to apply on our own in the federal part.

I think that ADVO are not exceeding the processing time even if they are very slow bit they will speed up later on
We have notice from some applicants having my same timing that the processing time is calculated from the AOR date.
