my passport was received yesterday
but the airway bill is not working here in Egypt as the passport should be passed first to the police
when i asked Aramex about the system here
they told me that you send the passport as a normal shipment to the embassy and when the the passport finish
the embassy send it to you and you will pay the cost here when receiving
note
i sent with the passport an empty envelope with my address on it to be put the passport in it
what are your opinion

how u sent your passport from philipins as i had the same problem with aramex egypt
as they do not have the system thet the embassy mentioned in the email
they told me to send the passport as normal shipment and we will return it to you and you will pay when receiving the passport again

I just sent my passport via DHL courier here in the philippines, with document and pics requested. Put it on an envelope with my returning address. Then send to the Address of your Visa office. After waiting for 1month they sent it back to me via Aramex.. But since we dont have Aramex here. They send it to RAF intl forwarding... Then once they received it, they called me and asked to pay for the shipment. Thats it.

I received my passports with visas a few minutes ago.
I have updated our sheet, and following is an extended time line:
Application to MPNP: 30-09-2013
MPNP approval letter: 30-12-2013 3 Months
Application filed CIO: 04-04-2014
AOR: 02-05-2014
File received at ADVO: 11-06-2014
Medical request: 12-02-2015 9 months after AOR
Medical done: 17-02 and 23-02 (spouse)
Medical Received on ECAS: 02-03
RPRF & PCCs request: 15-07 5 months after “medical received”, they requested PCCs from country of birth
RPRF & PCCs delivered: 29-08
PP & PCCs request: 10-09 Request for PCCs from country of residence (again). These PCCs were already attached with my application to CIO
PPs & PCCs sent to ADVO: 15-09
PPs delivered to ADVO: 16-10 Overnight delivery via DHL
Decision Made on ECAS 04-10 18 days after PPs delivered, bear in mind 2 days Eid holidays
ADVO dispatched PPs: 06-10
PPs arrived: 08-10 Via Aramex
