Congrats AHM-HHG! Good for you! I think ADVO is working on Quebec applicants now. They sent MRs to Manitoba applicants February and March then halted again.

Dear engMostafa,

I already contacted them since 08/03/2015 and no reply i requested the CAIPS to know about my case and under which visa office is belong.

regarding the adding of a new baby to your application and as per the information collected from this forum and other forum and based on my friend experience you need to re-submit the IM0008 generique and the Imm5406 as well you need a copy of Passport and photos ... (same documents requested for any children)
for sure you need to ask for CSQ for the baby and send them a copy of the passport. since it's not mentioned in the form changement de status.

i already ask for CSQ and they reply that they can't issue it without a copy of the passport so I’m waiting now the passport and I will send it accordingly.

please if you get anything regarding adding a baby to your federal application share the information on the forum.
