Hi just want to share my info as I noticed I almost have the same timeline with most of you guys:
Application CIC AD - 16-05-2011
I only received my AOR yesterday (25-Oct-2011)
It took me more than 5 months just to get my AOR. But good thing is at least there's a sign of progress.
I think the other guys who applied the same date as me will get their's soon.

Dear Abu Dhabi Team,
Sorry for being in a hiatus for sometime as there's nothing new to update in my end since the last time.
So much for that, I'm happy to inform you that our medicals were already forwarded to Manila Office yesterday- 10/26/11.
Hooray....we're movin now, hopefully our medicals will be forwarded to London office then Abu Dhabi.
It was a tough ride on our case as we have to do the process in a long way, since my husband is working in Riyadh and us- his dependents are here in Manila. Just noticed that the processing of Medical in the middle east is easier as compared here in our country.
MY husbands medical was done last 09/29 and was received by the London Office on 10/4. While ours, conducted last 10/8 was only forwarded to Manila Embassy yesterday. Whew! what an ordeal but its ok as long as we have in God, everything will be fine.

OMG...sooo happy for you...now I'm decided to submit my application in CE-AbuDhabi, hopefully before middle of November as I am still waiting for the original copy of the LOA from my sponsor.
NBI clearance is now under process, to be claimed on Oct 31. As soon as I have the LOA, I will proceed to get the Police Clearance here in Dubai and submit the complete package right away...
So excited to hear the good news from the rest of 2011 applicants in CE-AD. Let's pray together and keep on updating. God bless us all!

Its not upon your choice.Its instructed in your LOA where to submit the application now.
They have send my AOR by email..
