Hello, sking,

For attestation, you can ask any typing center in Abu Dhabi or Dubai they will explain all the procedure for notarization. If you can send your original, experience certificates then no need for attestation.

btw, did you notice that the green label sticker is no longer mentioned on the new instruction (which was supposed to be pasted on the upper right side of the envelope as per the old instructions) they just mentioned in the "mailing instruction" to include self-addressed label. i am thinking that we might need it later when we need to submit some documents at the CIC AbuDhabi? what do you think?

you really have to paste the green sticker on the upper right side of the envelope so that CIC will know that you're a provincial nominee of manitoba... all the best.
