last time in Case Specific Inquiry they told me that they were doing certain background checking...this mail came more than two months before....now complete silence.

I don't think so because onetime I got a different message as the file is active processing not in a queue waiting for an officer to review.
I encourage everyone to send CSE to the office I hope this would put a pressure on them
I hope this is the final review as they have worked on our files 3 weeks ago and reviewed the uploaded files we sent on mycic and I guess then the files went to another queue for an officer to do the final review!!!hope so

@solimane I had raised a CSE few weeks ago regarding the additional documents status in MyCIC and I got the reply yesterday stating that they have received all the documents and everything seems to be in order and that they will contact me once the final decision is made.
Now I don't know if it is a fixed reply for all these types of enquiries or they have actually looked into my file.
Just keeping the hope alive somehow.

Me got updates June 22 and submitted July 22 (bit delay due to holidays in Kingdom during this months).
Now got no reply except for the acknowledgement. Been waiting for almost 17 months.
My CSQ will expire next August 2018 will i have to repeat it if this will not be completed? (bit worried)

How did u receive it? Via mycic or email? Mine still have no updates if I don't get it this week so I guess I have to wait for another month because my medical got passed after 3 weeks after yours
