Well, the U.S. embassy says the MOE should do it:
You may have your fingerprints taken at the following address:
Ministry of Interior
Federal Police Department
Zayed Sport City, Arab Gulf Street, Near to Shaikh Zayed Mosque
Tel: +971-2-441-4666 or 971-2-402-3106
Email: moi@moj.gov.ae

Hello friends,
Need advice from you:
It has been more than two months since our medical results have been received by ADVO. Until now, no PPR, although someone I know has gotten PPR while their medicals were received after ours. Should I be worried? Should I write to ADVO and would that help?
Thanks.

Thanks AHM-HHG.
Our medicals were done on on Feb 17 and 24. e-Cas showed received on Mar 2, and now it is about three months since then. I have checked timelines at this forum, it seldom goes beyond two months.
I hope we receive the PPR very soon.
MY MEDICAL FINISHED 12-5 AND UNTIL NOW MY ECAS DIDNT CHANGED TO MEDICAL RECEIVED UNTIL NOW
IS THIS NORMAL OR I SHOULD WORRY

I suggest you contact the medical center where you took the tests and confirm that the results were uploaded on cic portal. If they confirm, I think you don't need to worry.
Thanks for guidance, I got my finger prints today.
