This is a very good news, because we submitted our documents almost the same time as yours (just one month difference).
Meaning that the processing is fast...

I have noticed that some of you are getting a status on ECAS with an explanation eg. IN PROCESS - MEDS RECEIVED or something similar. Mine is always IN PROCESS, should there be an explanation next to it based on the categories which are highlighted on CIC website for each decision?

PS. It is now 6 months since my federal application. Still waiting for Meds

Just would like to inform you that I received a note from my consultant that i have been called for the medical test. It was really fast, it took less than 6 months.
My application is in Abu Dhabi. I will inform you of the exact dates once I receive the papers by the end of this week.
