I just received my coPR in mail today, inland applicant with 2 dependants. The letter also asked i mail my passport photographs to them for processing of PR card.

Not yet. according to my observations, immigration spends about 2-3 months on one step, so I do not expect that something will change until mid-November.

Every ADR it's around 2-3 month waiting (in covid time - maybe more). But it is a good sign, because it's mean that immigration working with your file.
Some times immigration lost documents or forgot some cases for 3-4 years, for this reason - any updates is a good sign.
