Call 1-888-242-2100 after intro press 2-1-1-0 or 3-4-1-0

Not problem to be patient, problem is that they don't fallow any timefrime.

did you pass the 18 month timeframe?.. they follow the timeline.. they have to make decision within 18 months if there is no complication. so they follow the rule but we applicant delay all the process by contacting them again and again which is not right

If it is FIRST GU, You may wait 1-3-6 month or more time. Normally before PPR people get 2 GU.
First GU mean - your application sent to CSIS for security check, Second GU - mean completes this process.

In my case she said that my file was transferred to local visa office for further processing, but she cant see which lvo and everything looks ok

Have you ever called cic ? and if you call them can you plz ask about security, criminality and eligibility.

My friend is completed almost 32 month's and he retake medical exam twice and still nothing.
In my case i wonna know just where my application and which stage i pass, nothing especially but they dont give any information

it takes time mostly in complicated cases specially when there is a divorce. was there any complications with your friends case?

Just called them they said your background check was completed yesterday and you passed it, now its just the final decision have to be made, all the processing is done. Wait for the Decision
