AR - 30 NOV 2018
PAL - 29 Aug 2019
called CIC last week and they said criminality and everything else cleared. File is on last stage which is security.

how long does it take for security??

Medical request, Fingerprint and rprf of main applicant May 2018
Prearrival letter june 2018
Added spouse june 2018
Spouse medical june 2019
Additional documents including spouse pcc,rprf and marriage photos. July 2019
Submitted additional documents in july 2019 and after waiting for 2 months found out they said we didnt recieve your documents.
Send webform 2 weeks ago and cic confirmed they received the documents and forwarded to the responsible office. But still no update
What i should be doing at this point??
I am stressed out
I will appreciate the answers.

Hi, we are similar processing time.
did you check the detail application status on CIC website too?
Even though i got PAL, eligibility is still processing on the CIC page.

Yeah.. according to my GCMS notes it's never been touched since June 2019
