Medical request 13 may 2019
Medical passed around 1st week of june.
No update since

Just around 2nd week of August
Ecas status changed from IP to AR

Called CIC , told me everything is good just wait.
Visa office: calgary

I see guys from november already getting PPR.
I wonder how long its gonna take for sep n oct applicants?

There are number of factors that need to be considered when comparing different applications:

Like the LVO treating your file
Like the Officer in charge
Like if your single/couple/having dependants
And many other variables

So every application is treated differently depending on their complexity

I guess we are on the same boat. Btw you passsed your eligibility on August 8 ? Like pre Arrival means you have passed eligibility so before June 15 you might have eligibility right why August 18 ?

Actually he was not specific on whether it was the eligibility or BG passed. He just said the last two verification was passed on Aug 18. So I assumed it was Eligibility and BG.

Can u just tell me what is this mp stuff? I guess according to London office it might be criminality and security. Eligibility is done way before and that is why you got pre arrival letter. And also Can I just clarify a doubt with you ? That is like I mentioned right I had an adr where I submitted my pcc and schedule A and all Those stuff. I have heard that they needed all this to process bg. Later I got rprf and medical request does that mean my bg check is over and my application is approved and waiting for Pr? Coz why would they ask for rprf if they haven’t check my security and criminality ?

MP means Member of Parliament- they can easily get in touch with the officer treating one’s file to get status of application.

And I guess you are right, it is Criminality and security check.

Oh yes I was also asked for all those documents afterwards my whole checks got completed, so I guess they are also done with yours as well. Even for them
to be requesting for rprf means you are good and probably you have approved.
Though I paid mine when I submitted my application.

So let’s just relax and wait for the golden email.
