Its been over a month since I got pre arrival, I hope I can get some good news this month.

Agent said security is the only section remaining and its in process (called 2 weeks ago)

I don’t think pre-arrival means anything from my timeline.
I received mine since Jun 15, 2019. Even I received it before MR which was July 31,2019

No i have not how to contact them hehe
