Well stressing out is not gonna make things go faster. I have done everything i could on my side so i just have to be patient plus i have a friend of mine who knows someone who works for immigration and they have like priority file. Me i m not priority i m already in canada i have a job a valid work permit until august 2020 so really having my PR right now or in 3 months won t change much my situation. It s just that you never trully feel secure until you actually get your PR and that s the annoying part waiting 19 months for at the end maybe being refused that s what's stressful in my opinion but have to stay positive

Unfortunately, I cannot be like you. I am in Canada but would like to be able to plan my life right now. I am such frustrated that I am going to explode from inside.
It is frustrating, we've all been waiting 19+ months but there's nothing we can do except be patient.
Our day will come very soon, we are all nearing 19+ months and I believe 2018 was an incredibly busy year for CIC, hence they shipped many files out to LVO to deal with the huge load of work, resulting in slower processing times for us.
Let's be thankful we are here, healthy and we are all very soon to get permanent residency in Canada, where many of our families and children will grow up to have a better start to life than many of us had.

Nov 2017 applicant here
Cic requested medical for the second time along with new fingerprints request on nov 7 2019
Medical passed around 16 nov 2019 and fingerprints submitted on 29 November.
How long cic take for ppr and dm after second medical request? I heard it’s really quick.

Yep got the same thing as soon as I reached 19 months but there is message saying that my application taking longer than usual and if I check background check, elegibility it still says under review.
I think 100% means that you have reached the processing time of 19 months
